John P. Goshgarian

John P. Goshgarian, an attorney of the Befera Law Firm, represents a diverse group of clients in civil litigation matters. Mr. Goshgarian’s practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice claims; civil rights claims; first party insurance coverage disputes; insurance defense litigation; and defending individuals facing professional liability claims.
A native South Floridian, Mr. Goshgarian has strong ties with the community and legal profession. He received his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1992 and Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Thomas University in 1997. In addition to private practice, Mr. Goshgarian has served as law clerk to the Honorable James Lawrence King, U.S. District Court Judge, Southern District of Florida and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, and United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Mr. Goshgarian is member of the Dade County Bar Association and Broward County Bar Association.
